Excursions™ 2027 Exhibitor Terms & Conditions
BOOKING AND PAYMENT
By placing your order via the online booking system, your stand and/or sponsorship package will be confirmed. You will receive an invoice within 7 days of booking, with 30 day terms. Late payment of invoice may result in your booking being released.
Stands are allocated subject to availability and London For Groups LTD reserves the right to refuse the allocation of a stand.
EXHIBITOR CANCELLATION
Bookings are final and non-refundable. Unoccupied stands thirty minutes prior to the event will become the property of London For Groups LTD and will be dealt with at our discretion without liability for refund.
EXHIBITION/DATE/VENUE CHANGE OR EXHIBITION CANCELLATION
London For Groups LTD reserve the right to at any time change the date, time or venue of the exhibition, or to cancel in the case of causes beyond our control – such as acts of god, civil disturbances, acts of war or violence etc. In such case, the exhibitor waves all claims against London For Groups LTD for refunds, damages or expenses.
In the event of the exhibition being cancelled by London For Groups LTD for commercial reasons, we will refund the full fees paid and the exhibitor waves all claims against London For Groups LTD for damages or expenses.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Exhibitors will be provided with Health and Safety regulations by London For Groups LTD and the venue – these are to be adhered to at all times.
INSURANCE
Exhibitors should ensure that they, all items within their stand and the exhibition visitors within their allocated stand area are covered by full and comprehensive insurance.
London For Groups LTD shall not be liable for any loss, theft or damage to property and staff or visitor injury.
PERFORMING RIGHTS
Exhibitors using recorded or published materials must ensure that they hold the relevant licenses as required by law. You will be asked to provide the license/s provided by the Performing Rights and Phonographic Performance Ltd in order to display these items within your stand.
BREACH OF TERMS & CONDITIONS
London For Groups LTD reserve the right, without notice, to cancel an exhibitors stand or sponsorship booking, without refund, if the exhibitor is found to be in breach of these terms & conditions.
